Eric spent more than two decades in technology and e-commerce, managing global logistics across China, Taiwan, Japan, and Europe. His work spanned warehouse operations, multi-tenant retail centers, and multi-state business operations across the United States. He has also consulted with businesses in the medical, sports, and recreation industries, and worked in the Atlanta film industry producing custom media content for movies and television.

His commercial real estate experience is hands on, not theoretical. Eric developed an industrial warehouse in Nevada and currently oversees a portfolio of commercial and investment properties. He understands what it takes to underwrite a deal, run a building, manage tenants, and grow a business inside the four walls he is buying or selling.

Today Eric represents buyers and sellers of commercial property and operating businesses across Sarasota, Manatee, and the broader Tampa Bay region. His specialties include retail, industrial and warehouse, medical office, flex space, multifamily, and strategic land.
