David Powell is a Certified Business Transfer Specialist, and a Commercial Real Estate Broker, specializing in business brokerage sales, buying established businesses, new franchises, business valuations, and equipment/machinery appraisal services for Lubbock and West Texas.
David has more than thirty years of professional experience in the West Texas region. As an experienced entrepreneur with business ownership, management, and turnaround experience, David is acutely aware of cash flow, inventory, and growth challenges faced by owners of small and midsize businesses. His experience spans multiple industries including manufacturing, retail, food, and service. David has had many buy-sell transactions and has purchased and sold multiple retail franchises and industrial companies for his clientele.
With more than $30,000,000 in real estate sales, David is also a Past Nationally Registered Certified Investment Member (CCIM). David's team also specializes in retail leases, land, commercial retail, office and industrial property sales, and building management.
