Bob is a seasoned business broker and real estate executive with over two decades of leadership in residential and commercial sales, relocation, and business transactions. As an associate business broker for Business Seller Center, Bob serves clients throughout Connecticut, leveraging deep industry knowledge and strategic insight to guide business owners through successful exits.
In 2024, Bob has successfully closed several notable transactions, including Hallmark TotalTech Staffing Agency, Midan Electronics, Tile Designs of New England, and Colonial Flooring America, and Carpet Right Flooring Company—demonstrating his ability to navigate complex deals and deliver results for sellers across industries.
Prior to entering business brokerage, Bob built a high-impact career in real estate leadership. As Sales Manager and Designated Broker at Station Cities, a division of Dwellworks, LLC, he has managed a team of 15 associates, closed over 228 transactions totaling $107 million, and implemented innovative strategies that elevated agent performance and client satisfaction.
Earlier roles include Director of Sales and Designated Broker at DJK Residential, where Bob led 12 agents and directed over $90 million in transactions, and Founder of Cornwall Realty Group, where he personally oversaw more than $52 million in real estate sales. His career began with William Raveis Real Estate, where he achieved top 5% recognition company-wide.
Bob is also a partner in Sentinel Gates, LLC, a family-run manufacturer of safety products, reflecting his entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to business growth.
