Ali Alyazdi

Introduction

Ali founded and led several companies over the past 37 years, co-founding his first company in 1988, which specialized in a patented chemical product for use in the petroleum industry, while he was an undergraduate student at the University of Kentucky. He graduated with BS degree in Chemistry with minor in Math in 1990. In 1993 Ali sold his interest in his company and returned school to complete his MS degree in Geophysics.

After graduating, Ali was selected as President of Telluric Consulting Services in Dallas, TX. Subsequently, he founded Phoenix Chemical Corporation based on a chemical product he developed known as PARC400®, which remains as one of the most cost-effective chemicals for the removal of paraffin and asphaltene deposits in oil wells and other petroleum production operations.

In 1998 Ali joined Smith Barney as a Financial Consultant and Money Manager in Dallas, TX; and subsequently joined State Fram as Agency Owner. From 2001 to 2023, Ali established and operated nationally top-ranking State Farm Insurance agencies in Corpus Christi, Texas and then in Redmond, Washington and Bothell, Washington, as well as joined State Farm agency leadership teams in Texas and Washington.

During his 25-year tenure in the insurance and financial industry, Ali obtained several insurance and securities licenses as well as several professional and financial designations including the CLU, CFA Level I and II, and the CFP designation.

Ali is a strong believer in ongoing professional education and lifelong learning. Ali passed the Patent Bar exam in 2013 and registered with the USPTO. He then went on to obtain his Bachelor of Science in law and Juris Doctor in law from Northwestern California University School of Law distance learning program, and passed the California Bar exam in 2019.
