A graduate of California State University, Chico, Jair earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Management. During his time in college, he launched and operated his own small business, gaining firsthand insight into the challenges and rewards of business ownership. This early experience shaped his commitment to delivering value, building relationships, and understanding the unique needs of each client.
Jair further developed his sales and customer engagement skills through experience in gym sales, followed by a role in the automotive industry where he specialized in writing collision repair estimates at a body shop.
