Hello there! I'm Jim Myers, and I'm not your typical business advisor. I'm just a regular guy who's navigated the unpredictable world of business, finding my stride as captain of the ship at Myers Business Advisors. My journey has been shaped by a relentless drive to learn quickly and excel in every task I take on.
In my early years, I clocked in 16 years in banking which was more than just a 9-to-5 for me. It became the foundation of my financial expertise, a skill set honed for various entrepreneurial ventures down the road. I've worn many hats, from real estate advisory to receivership work at Inglewood Associates, showcasing my versatility and mastery in different industries.
Having personally bought and sold four businesses, I've developed a deep understanding of the intricate world of business ownership. This hands-on experience taught me how to effectively scale and sell a business while maximizing my returns on investment.
However, my path wasn't all sunshine and rainbows. I started uncertain about my career, faced doubts, and made life-altering decisions. But my unwavering self-belief and ability to tackle complex tasks propelled me forward towards success.
