Introduction
Mark has many years of real estate and business experience to serve his clients. Having owned and operated many different types of businesses from small to midsized businesses along with having over 10 years in manufacturing with a Fortune 500 Company in the Midwest. From “Start-up” stage to (IPO) Initial Public Offering stage experience. Mark’s experience with business transactions along with a solid understanding of the capital requirements needed to achieve business ownership has allowed his clients to achieve their business objectives. Specializing in the accounting review process along with assessing client assets, including intangibles and intellectual property assets, advising clients with their exit-strategy planning and representing them in structuring business acquisitions, divestitures and buy-outs while minimizing the related tax consequences associated with each transaction.
