Introduction
My name is Davine Bechara, and I’m a licensed real estate professional with a passion for helping entrepreneurs step into business ownership. Since becoming licensed in 2019, I have worked with buyers, sellers, and investors to navigate opportunities in commercial real estate, with a focus on restaurants, cafés, and hotels.
I believe buying a business can be one of the most powerful ways to build wealth and independence. My goal is to help clients understand not just the purchase itself, but the potential behind each opportunity. Whether it is a restaurant ready for a new concept, a café with room to grow, or a hotel positioned for the right operator, I enjoy helping people see what is possible.
In addition to working with clients, I am also an investor myself and own several Airbnb properties. Being an owner gives me a practical understanding of what investors look for and the importance of choosing opportunities that generate strong returns.
With a strong background in customer service and hands on experience in the restaurant and café environment, I understand both the operational and financial side of the hospitality industry. I bring that perspective to every deal and work to guide clients through the process with clarity, honesty, and confidence.
Outside of work, you will usually find me at the beach, cooking, DJing, or spending time with my nieces and nephews. I am also a proud godmother of three, which is one of the roles I cherish the most.
