Introduction
NewLeaf Business Brokerage was founded by Steve Tsoris. Steve has over 35 years of international business and transactional M&A legal experience representing publicly traded and privately held businesses in a variety of industries. Before becoming a business broker, he was general counsel of a $5 billion revenue global manufacturing company. Steve has been the lead negotiator in hundreds of M&A transactions and has been recognized for his ability to guide businesses through difficult or complex transactions. Steve received his J.D. from The Cornell Law School, where he was Editor in Chief of the Cornell International Law Journal, and his B.A. from Marquette University. Steve lends his wealth of knowledge and experience to help entrepreneurs and businesses embarking on potential business sales.
