NCBA was founded out of a desire to provide a service to our local business owners that is desperately needed and to do so with integrity and ethics. All of our brokers have owned and/or sold their own businesses, all of our Brokers are currently owners in No Coast as we strongly disagree with an employee mentality when it comes to our clients. We believe this is a key distinction between us and our competition. An owner doesn't work his business, he lives it, we don't clock in and out, and we are doing what we love.

Chase Collier has been a business owner in the Lincoln community for several years along with being a real estate investor and giving coaching to business owners and non-profits. Having been on both sides of the table personally and as a broker I can empathize with what each side is going through this has helped me bring sales to close much smoother than someone who has never personally bought or sold their own business.
I bring an attitude of service with me into every client relationship I have been a part of. Whether your business is worth $25,000 or $50 million my goal is to work with you to bring your efforts to a successful conclusion.

Investor Services - Includes finding your business a legitimate business partner someone who knows your industry and can help you grow your company as well as finding your business a person who is simply a silent partner who infuses cash flow into your company when its needed and lets you run everything while collecting their percentage of the business’s profits.
