My name is Ross Miller I live and work in Broward County, Florida for over 20 years. I am not an out of state sales person representing an out of state company. I work for OWN Reality in the Business Brokers Department, They have been in business since 2008, the World Headquarters is in down town Miami. I have over 25 years of business experience, have worked for the largest banking and financial institutions in America and most recently owned operated and sold my small business to a multinational company.

The following information will be needed for to complete a business valuation:

• Tax Returns for the past (3) years
• Profit and Loss Statements, including balance sheets, for the past (3) years
• Interim (current year) Profit and Loss Statement (P&L), including balance sheet
• Average value of inventory of saleable product on hand at any time of year
• List of equipment and assets with replacement values (in addition a copy of depreciation schedule from last year’s tax return)
• Copy of latest tax bill, tax map on real estate, if included in sale. Also, a copy of
any appraisal that you have obtained previously.
• Copy of lease on facility and any equipment leases.
