Hi, I’m Ashkun. I’m a business broker and financial operator with firsthand experience scaling and selling companies from the inside. Before moving into brokerage, I spent two decades as a finance and operations executive across media, tech, and mission-driven ventures. That includes leading the finance and ops team of a $160 million division at CBS and helping spin out an independent startup from that unit. Today, I work with small business owners who are ready to move on, whether they’re planning to retire, relocate, or simply take a step back from the day-to-day. I offer a full-service approach to valuation, packaging, and deal execution, shaped by my own experience on both sides of the table. I specialize in Automotive (with a 30 year background of family business experience), Food & Bev, Retail, Fitness/Wellness, and other Personal Services. I’m also a licensed real estate agent, small business owner, investor, and active consultant for large nonprofits and organizations with a social mission. My focus is on honest pricing, clear storytelling, and a process that respects the time, risk, and hard work that went into building your business.
