Josh is a managing partner at the Paulson Exchange, where he specializes in commercial real estate and business brokering. He assists clients with buying, selling, and managing commercial properties, leveraging his extensive knowledge of market trends and business transactions to deliver optimal results. Before his work at Paulson Exchange, Josh spent nearly a decade at Horizon Credit Union, developing successful business development programs and earning multiple industry accolades. He is a graduate of Leadership Spokane and a Certified Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE). Josh lives in Spokane, WA, with his wife and children.
