Kyle began his career at Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, where he focused on investment sales, advising clients on the acquisition and disposition of income-producing real estate. Building on that foundation, he transitioned into business brokerage, where he now specializes in advising owners, operators, and investors on the sale and acquisition of privately held businesses, including those with underlying real estate. His primary focus is on the sale of liquor stores, gas stations, and car washes, along with other cash-flowing businesses.
Kyle’s approach is analytical and market-driven. He helps clients understand the value of their business, position assets effectively in the market, and execute transactions with a clear strategy. This includes operating businesses, businesses with underlying real estate, and combined business and property sales. He guides clients through valuation, financial analysis, buyer targeting, and deal structuring to support informed decisions and strong outcomes.
From the initial evaluation through closing, Kyle manages the transaction process from start to finish. He coordinates with lenders, attorneys, accountants, and other advisors to bring clarity to complex deals and keep transactions moving efficiently.
Kyle is a Denver native who spends much of his time outside of work on the golf course or in the mountains. He enjoys mountain biking and a wide range of outdoor activities, and also plays banjo in a bluegrass band. He lives in the Denver area with his wife and two children.

Jack has a specialized focus on business brokerage, specifically gas stations, liquor stores, and retail properties. Growing up in the liquor industry, he developed a deep understanding of the day-to-day operations of liquor stores and retail businesses.
