In addition to his real estate background, Gordon has personal experience starting, operating, and managing businesses. This gives him a practical understanding of the day-to-day realities that business owners face, including rent, staffing, customer flow, lease terms, operating costs, equipment, buildout, marketing, and long-term exit planning.
