Prodigy Business Brokers was founded by Jeffrey Trent who has over 30 years of experience working with small business owners in several different capacities. After graduating from Rutgers University during the 1980s with an economics degree he worked in a banking commercial loan division developing new business. He eventually worked with several top Wall St investment banking firms starting with Merrill Lynch in NYC. He consistently performed at a top-level consulting business owners in both debt & equity. His experience includes working as an advisor with a tax consulting firm in Palm Beach, Fla. In this role, he introduced valuable tax credits to business owners and as a result, he saved business owners millions in taxes. He brings experience in Merger & Acquisitions successfully negotiating asset sales. Jeffrey brings a high level of energy(24/7), integrity, and determination to maximize business owner benefit.
