Introduction

I have over 15 years of business and transaction advisory experience focused on middle-market mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, valuations, and strategic consulting. My clients have included entrepreneurs, multi-generational family-owned businesses, large international companies, and private equity covering a wide range of industries including manufacturing, healthcare, technology, and business services.

Prior to joining Raincatcher, I was a Vice President with investment bank PMCF, providing tailored merger and acquisition services to specialty companies and niche leaders in the middle market. I have an undergraduate degree in Information Systems from Lehigh University and an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
