Ehab comes from a strong family background in Real Estate Investments. He holds a Bachelor degree in HealthCare with a focus on Business Analytics and HealthCare Informatics. Ehab has been actively working since 1995, in the area of Commercial Real Estate Investments and Managements, supporting a diversely allocated portfolio in multifamily, retail and land development. Ehab has served in an advisory role in the business acquisition and evaluation of different businesses and assets transactions. Background in Business Analytics serves well in understanding the technical and financial aspects of operation. Work history involved HealthCare Industry (Nursing Homes, Assisted Livings, Dental Clinics, Foster Daycare, etc..), Education Industry (Child Daycare), Hospitality (Restaurants, Event Centers), Services (Gas Stations) and Commercial Real Estate Investments (K.W. Commercials, Marcus & Millichap, CHS, Xerox, etc....). Ehab is passionate, professional and dedicated toward serving clients' needs.
