Restaurant Realty Company was founded by Steven D. Zimmerman in the San Francisco Bay Area in 1996. Martin has been involved with the sale, leasing and management of restaurant real estate throughout his career. His expertise spans from leasing and sales of numerous restaurant spaces as a retail & restaurant broker to property and asset management of restaurant properties for landlords throughout Southern California. To date, he has been involved with managing over 5.5 million square feet of commercial properties and has completed over 2.1 million square feet of lease/sale transactions for individuals and institutional clients.
He has owned and operated businesses for approximately 15 years during his career, including a Sears Home Services franchise in San Diego County. While at Sears, he successfully increased revenues over 650% in less than 4 years and sold the business for a profit exceeding 190% after 6 years of owning the franchise operation.
