Introduction
Jules joined to RMBA with over a decade of large-scale, corporate marketing strategy and brand leadership experience. She helped develop brand and marketing strategy for a number of national brands including MolsonCoors and Champion. She founded her own marketing firm serving US companies in the $1-$50 million revenue range across 2 industries. Jules also appreciates what it takes to grow a small family business from the inside, having served as Head of Marketing for her family's alcohol retail business since 2020, where she drove record growth through a global pandemic and positioned the business for sale. She knows firsthand the strategies and priorities that small and midsize business owners weigh every day. Jules understands what drives profitability and brings her deep understanding of operations, brand and customer health, systems, and risk, to help guide the business selling and transition process.
Jules earned both her MBA and Master of Science in Management at Wake Forest University. She lives in Wyoming and serves as RMBA's primary advisor across the state as well as supporting clients across the entire U.S. market. Outside of work, she rides horses, hikes, camps, cooks, has a green thumb, and has yet to meet a dog she doesn't like.
