Introduction
License to sell in Washington since 1992. Managing Broker. Born and raised in Seattle. University of Washington Alumnus. Member of CBA (Commercial Brokers Association) & NWMLS for maximum exposure to other brokers. Former restaurateur that designed and built a restaurant. Having been a restaurateur I know all aspects of running a restaurant. I currently manage a non-profit fraternal organization's food & beverage program & built the new $5M+ lodge with 2 bars and a commercial kitchen. Restaurants and bars are my specialty. I can get a liquor license in about a month.
