Cathy has worked for the past 30+ years in running businesses with 150 employees, then being an independent Real Estate Broker to an Entrepreneur herself. Some of her many achievements have included running Multi-million dollar retail stores. Being involved in the opening of her company’s Flagship store and growing stores from being in the Red to Black. Along with 20+ years selling Residential Real Estate, investment properties, banked owned properties and remodeling houses while achieving many Sales Awards throughout her Career. Finally, Owner and operator of her own successful bakery for 11 years. This gives Cathy the strengths not only to help negotiate the best price for her client’s business/asset but also guide them through a smooth transition while coordinating and directing each step of the process to the final sale of her Client’s Business (their pride and joy) She is definitely a people person and builds strong relationships with her clients. She uses her can-do attitude and optimism to get things done. She enjoys skiing, biking, racquetball, golfing, scuba diving and the NC coast with family and Friends.

I have a vast entrepreneurial history and experience. My 20 plus year background includes conceptualizing, creating, operating and selling a group of five restaurants and their properties. I have also owned a car wash, a bar, a clinic and I have a firsthand experience in the daily operations of commercial real estate. I am fueled by a strong passion for helping and understanding what clients want and need, no matter what stage of life or business they are in. I live in Wake County with my wife and two children.
