Bill is an active member with the City of Deming, and Las Cruces, NM. Current Deming Mayor Pro-Tem, & Chairman - Deming Extra Territorial Authority Board. Member, National Association of Realtors, Deming-Luna County Board of Realtors, BizBuySell, BizQuest, CCIM, CBI CARNM, & MLS. Graduate of Realtor Institute. Bill owned and operated a Retail Furniture, Appliance and Electronics business for 18 years with average annual sales of $1,200,000. In 2008 he negotiated the sale of the business and leased the building to the Buyer for 10 years. Bills most significant transaction was designing, rezoning, and developing vacant land, and building a $3 million dollar, 30 unit apartment complex.
