He was recognized as the top new franchisee in the United States in his first year. In addition, Jim built two successful businesses from the ground up. Mr. Pellegrin has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting Major) from Nicholls State University and is proud to call South Louisiana home.

Justin Aldredge is a native of Natchitoches, Louisiana and is a graduate of Northwestern State University. He completed his education with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and was an All-American football player as well as an academic All-American. Justin grew up among thriving entrepreneurs and has expanded that knowledge and experience to create his own portfolio of properties. He has over 13 years of experience owning and operating many diverse business interests. Tim graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a BS in Business/Accounting. He is a CPA, Certified Public Accountant, and worked in Public Accounting for seven years. He no longer practices Public Accounting. He was a Controller for a large Midwest Stock Broker and Venture Capital group for six years. Tim started and ran a software company for 16 years. He is a CCIM and worked as Commercial Broker & Business Broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial and Downing-Frye in Naples. Tim joined Sunbelt in January 2019. Tim is separated, has three grown children and two grandchildren.. He coached both pee-wee and high school football for ten years volunteered his time as a framer with Habitat for Humanity for six years. He is a Mason, plays the piano, and reads extensively.

Chris Sater is a business broker with Sunbelt Business Brokers and the founder of Sater Advisory, where he works with privately held business owners on valuation, exit planning, and the sale of closely held companies. Everist Charles has lived in New Orleans for all his life. He is very familiar with New Orleans and all the surrounding towns and parishes. He attended school in New Orleans and attended LSU. He is happily married for over 40 years, has two daughters and three grandchildren. Everist sales experience goes back for many years. He worked for American Remolding Company, selling improvements throughout the country to homeowners. He was Regional Sales Manager for an insurance company that sold insurance, strictly to small businesses. He also purchased two Businesses and successfully sold them for large profits. He then entered the Business Brokerage world over twelve years ago and is responsible for the sales of many businesses in many different industries. He holds a Real Estate License in Louisiana and has never had an issue. Cheryl Fuzette is the new Owner and Senior business broker for the New Orleans Northshore office. Cheryl has over 30 years of accounting and management experience in a variety of businesses. She purchased a Mad Science franchise in 1997 and grew the business into a very successful company. In 2007 she sold the business for a profit. She then went on to start a business consulting company to assist companies in lowering their operating costs associated with healthcare. As a broker, Cheryl’s accounting and management experience allows her to help buyers and sellers reach their individual goals. She is a life-long resident of the Northshore having grown up in Abita Springs and now residing north of Covington in the Lee Road area. She and her husband, Billy, have two daughters and one son. They live on a farm where they have owned and operated a thoroughbred racehorse business for the last seven years.
