Prior to that, Jim was in the Food service industry. During his college years, he worked his way through school as the bookkeeper for a Machine Shop and Fabrication facility. While obtaining his business degree in accounting, he developed a hands-on knowledge of the metal fabrication business and a strong interest in oil & gas. After a successful career in the oil & gas industry, Jim became an entrepreneur where he owned, operated and then sold a National Franchise with over twenty locations throughout South Louisiana. He was recognized as the top new franchisee in the United States in his first year. In addition, Jim built two successful businesses from the ground up. Mr. Pellegrin has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting Major) from Nicholls State University and is proud to call South Louisiana home.

Justin Aldredge is a native of Natchitoches, Louisiana and is a graduate of Northwestern State University. He completed his education with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and was an All-American football player as well as an academic All-American. Justin grew up among thriving entrepreneurs and has expanded that knowledge and experience to create his own portfolio of properties. He has over 13 years of experience owning and operating many diverse business interests. Tim graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a BS in Business/Accounting. He is a CPA, Certified Public Accountant, and worked in Public Accounting for seven years. He no longer practices Public Accounting. He was a Controller for a large Midwest Stock Broker and Venture Capital group for six years. Tim started and ran a software company for 16 years. He is a CCIM and worked as Commercial Broker & Business Broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial and Downing-Frye in Naples. Tim joined Sunbelt in January 2019. Tim is separated, has three grown children and two grandchildren.. He coached both pee-wee and high school football for ten years volunteered his time as a framer with Habitat for Humanity for six years. He is a Mason, plays the piano, and reads extensively.

Everist Charles has lived in New Orleans for all his life. He is very familiar with New Orleans and all the surrounding towns and parishes. He attended school in New Orleans and attended LSU. He is happily married for over 40 years, has two daughters and three grandchildren. Everist sales experience goes back for many years. He worked for American Remolding Company, selling improvements throughout the country to homeowners. He was Regional Sales Manager for an insurance company that sold insurance, strictly to small businesses. He also purchased two Businesses and successfully sold them for large profits.
