Tim graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a BS in Business/Accounting. He is a CPA, Certified Public Accountant, and worked in Public Accounting for seven years. He no longer practices Public Accounting. He was a Controller for a large Midwest Stock Broker and Venture Capital group for six years. Tim started and ran a software company for 16 years. He is a CCIM and worked as Commercial Broker & Business Broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial and Downing-Frye in Naples. Tim joined Sunbelt in January 2019. Tim is separated, has three grown children and two grandchildren.. He coached both pee-wee and high school football for ten years volunteered his time as a framer with Habitat for Humanity for six years. He is a Mason, plays the piano, and reads extensively.
