Mr. Horwitz has had a long and distinguished business career in various industries as a business intermediary, business consultant and sales consultant. He has owned and operated successful businesses including an Advertising Company, a Consulting Agency specializing in the sale of McDonald’s restaurants, an Internet Distributor, a Computer Software Company and various national franchised restaurants including McDonald’s, Tropical Smoothie Café’s & CiCi’s Pizza. He has sold over 100 restaurants and over 25 Tropical Smoothie Café’s. In addition, Alan has acted as an outside consultant for the Small Business Administration and has been involved in business sales, mergers and acquisitions within almost every industry. Alan is extremely experienced and qualified with regards to valuation, financing and creative deal structuring. He prides himself in his negotiating skills and being able to bridge the gaps that lead to successful transactions. Over the last 30 years Alan has been an outside consultant in the area of business valuations and in preparing businesses for a future sale. Alan continues to sell extremely high percentage of his listings due to appropriate valuations and marketing. He is experienced in both main street business sales along with mergers and acquisitions involving larger companies. Over the last 10 years, Mr. Horwitz has consistently been one of the top ten producing brokers in the Sunbelt Network Business Brokerage System. Recent business sales include a National Medical Equipment Company, a Las Vegas Casino, the largest Floral Chain in Las Vegas, an entire National Franchise System, a Specialty Pharmacy Manufacturer, a large Executive Suites Company, a large Medical Practice and various other Retail businesses, Restaurants, Service businesses, Manufacturers and Distributers. In 2014, Alan will have closed on over $35M in total transactions. Mr. Horwitz is familiar with valuing, marketing and selling businesses that range in value from as little as $100,000 to as high as $35 million. In the last 5 years Mr. Horwitz has developed a close and ongoing relationship with Tropical Smoothie Café and is the exclusive broker for the MainStreetChamber of Commerce, The Furniture Chamber of Commerce and iDeal Furniture owners and members nationwide. Adam Xu Serving Clark County, NV

Adam brings on board an excellent combination of business ownership experience and financial analysis background. Before joining Sunbelt, Adam was a successful E-Commerce business owner for 10 years, reselling and distributing computer hardware and software through eBay, Amazon and own website. Managing his own business provided Adam with first-hand knowledge such as growth, P&L, customer service, and also business instincts that can only be obtained by being a business owner. Adam is confident that his entrepreneurial experience will help him better connect with both buyers and sellers. Before starting his own business, Adam had been a financial analyst for the City of New York. His main responsibilities included monitoring government funding for a wide variety of programs. It was during thousands and thousand of hours working with spreadsheet reports that Adam had developed a keen insight about numbers and the ability to quickly make sense of complex financial statements. He’s especially good at using computer programs to identify and reconcile over/under-spending with original budgets of all levels. Adam holds an MBA degree with a Finance concentration. Before coming to the US to pursue his master’s degree, Adam worked in China at various finance/accounting positions with Fortune 500 companies such as P&G and GE.
