Charles Hamilton brings over 18 years of experience as a business broker, having successfully overseen the brokerage of hundreds of businesses. This extensive career is built on a foundation of entrepreneurial spirit, including personally buying and selling numerous ventures like seven food and beverage entities, a GM Car Dealership, and COSCO Inc. His professional background further demonstrates a keen financial and operational insight, having served as CFO for diverse companies including logistics, medical instrument manufacturing, environmental testing, and paving/aggregate firms. Charles also showcases expertise in real estate development, successfully developing multiple rural apartment complexes under the FmHA Housing program. Charles's entrepreneurial drive is evidenced by his significant achievements in business creation and growth. He founded a management consulting company with Singer Lewak, a regional accounting firm in California, which impressively grew from zero to $5M in annual sales within three years. Furthermore, his pioneering spirit is reflected in co-founding the first nationwide Internet Service Provider in Mexico. Beyond transactional and entrepreneurial expertise, Charles is committed to community development and business growth. He has master-planned multiple communities with a focus on commercial and Research and Development uses, and has provided management consulting services to over 1000 businesses, fostering efficiency and growth. Academically, Charles holds degrees in Political Science and Geography and pursued graduate studies in Site and Area analysis. Outside of his professional life, he finds balance and tranquility hiking in the Rocky Mountains.

After graduating from Colorado Mesa University, Austin began his professional journey with Timberline Bank in 2017. Early in his career, he discovered a strong passion for supporting small businesses. This commitment was crucial during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, when Austin played a pivotal role in securing over $100 million in aid for numerous companies throughout Colorado, further cementing his passion for serving small business across the state. In the years that followed, Austin continued to provide comprehensive support in both business and personal banking, specializing in complex financing solutions. His growing expertise in this area sparked a keen interest in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) financing, leading him to assist in numerous acquisitions statewide. Driven by this passion, Austin ultimately joined the largest business brokerage office in Western Colorado, where he continues to focus on serving the community through his work.
