Brian Dano a Merrimack NH native, is an experienced real estate professional, who started his career in sales at companies such as Kraft Foods (Mondelez), Aspen Tech, Oracle and others. From these roles he leveraged his diversified sales acumen to transfer into the field of real estate via working as an acquisition’s manager for American Tower a global REIT, as well as a commercial real estate sales associate for Costar & LoopNet. He is licensed in both New Hampshire, Massachusetts & Maine specializing in office, industrial, retail, multifamily and investment sales. He is one of the very few people in the USA trained in the valuation of cell towers. He attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell where he studied marketing, finance and legal studies. He holds a certificate in alternative investments from Harvard University, and is currently enrolled at Boston University where he is getting dual certificates in commercial real estate and real estate finance, respectively. He is a member of NH CIBOR, the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, Real Estate Finance Association, NAIOP (national association of industrial and office parks) and ULI (urban land institute). Outside of work he can be found on the golf course or in the gym.
