With a Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Studies from Northwestern University, Maria began her career in the commercial real estate industry with Prudential Financial. As a licensed Certified Public Accountant, she brings over 15 years of accounting and finance experience as an outsourced Controller and fractional CFO. Maria's proficiency extends beyond traditional financial roles, encompassing outsourced accounting, technology solutions, business process automation, and strategic consulting. Beyond her financial acumen, Maria is a real estate investor and serial entrepreneur, with a focus on ventures predominantly within the hospitality sector. Her hands-on experience as both an investor and entrepreneur positions her as a unique asset to the Tavola Group, where she strategically applies her diverse background to benefit the team and its clients. Gabe holds a Juris Doctorate and Masters in Tax Law from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, as well as being a licensed insurance agent and real estate agent, Gabe possesses a comprehensive understanding of both legal and financial intricacies which he uses to serve the real estate and construction industries. Having worked as a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers for major multinational organizations and private equity funds, Gabe brings a distinctive synthesis of legal and financial expertise to our suite of services. This background enables him to approach any circumstance with a comprehensive view, offering clients invaluable insights. In addition to running Tavola, Gabe previously ran an insurance agency, and worked as an in house legal counsel for a national construction company.
