We will guide buyer and seller through the negotiation process, financing, escrow and transition period. Our goal is to develop positive and lasting relationships with both buyer and seller and maintain an atmosphere of mutual respect throughout and after the transitional period.
We are a general brokerage, specializing all types of main street businesses. One of our areas of expertise is food service; restaurants and franchise restaurants. We have combined experience of over 75 years in food service operations, restaurant and restaurant franchise marketing in addition to transitioning a wide variety of many other types of businesses.
