The W Group Commercial Real Estate (WGC) was established in 1991 by Kwang Chul "KC" Whang, its founder and principal broker. WGC evolved over the years into a full service, cross-cultural, multi-lingual brokerage and business consulting firm that specializes in assisting small to medium size, family and minority-owned retail and service businesses operating around the nation's capital, with issues ranging from: tax and accounting, succession planning, asset acquisition and liquidation, asset management, human resource management, facilities management to product sourcing and marketing.
