Jacobe blends military precision, entrepreneurial experience, and a deep respect for legacy into every business transaction he facilitates. A proud graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, Jacobe served as a commissioned officer and cyber operations leader supporting Air Force Special Operations Command. While not a special operator himself, he supported elite missions around the world and played a critical role in high-stakes command and control operations—including direct involvement in the Deepwater Horizon oil spill response and Operation Unified Response, the U.S. military’s humanitarian mission following the 2010 Haiti earthquake. After leaving active duty, Jacobe returned home to Midland, Texas, and stepped into the operations of his family’s oilfield pipe inspection business—a respected name in the Permian Basin for over 40 years. He helped modernize the company with updated systems and operational improvements to better position it for the future. During that time, he also walked closely with his father through the difficult process of preparing the business for sale. Like many longtime owners, his father faced emotional hurdles—uncertainty about legacy, lack of clarity around valuation, and concerns about what life after the business would look like. That experience gave Jacobe a clear understanding of the real obstacles many owners face when considering an exit. It’s not just about financials—it’s about navigating the complexity of transition with the right process, perspective, and support. Today, he brings that insight to every client relationship, helping business owners move forward with confidence, clarity, and a plan tailored to both their business and their life. Now a licensed real estate broker, multi-time Icon Agent, and experienced investor, Jacobe brings a well-rounded, disciplined approach to every business deal—whether guiding owners through their exit or helping buyers acquire with confidence and vision. Outside of work, Jacobe is a devoted husband and father of four, a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and a former Division I football player whose lifelong pursuit of excellence and discipline continues to shape his leadership in life and business.
