I’m a commercial business broker, real estate developer, entrepreneur, and commercial real estate investor with over 9 years of hands-on experience owning and operating restaurants, bars, retail businesses, and investment properties. Unlike many brokers who step away from operations, I am actively running businesses today, giving me current, real-world insight into the challenges business owners face every day. My background includes business ownership, commercial real estate investing, and development projects, allowing me to understand transactions from multiple angles — as an owner, operator, landlord, investor, and developer. From managing employees and operations to negotiating leases, overseeing construction projects, and analyzing investments, I bring firsthand experience that goes far beyond traditional brokerage. After years of buying, selling, and operating businesses myself, I became frustrated working with brokers who lacked actual ownership and operational experience. Too often, deals were being facilitated by people who understood sales, but not the realities of running a business. That experience is what pushed me into brokerage. I decided to become a broker to solve that problem — not only for myself, but for other business owners who deserve representation from someone who truly understands what’s at stake. My goal is to bring practical knowledge, transparency, strong communication, and real operational insight into every transaction. In addition to brokerage, I actively own and manage commercial real estate properties and development projects, giving me a deep understanding of landlords, tenants, lease negotiations, property performance, and long-term investment strategy. I am also a proud United States Marine Corps veteran and a second-generation business owner, continuing a family legacy of entrepreneurship spanning more than 30 years.
