David Sierra is a seasoned entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience leading companies in Mexico and the United States. Beyond building and operating his own businesses, he has held key leadership roles managing U.S.-based corporate operations, guiding financial strategy, strengthening profitability, and improving organizational performance. His background in high-level financial direction gives him deep insight into the operational and fiscal structure of companies, supporting sellers and buyers with a strategic, numbers-driven advisory approach.
Janeth Pacheco brings over 20 years of executive experience leading business development, marketing, sales strategy, operations, and customer experience for multinational companies across Mexico and the United States. She has spearheaded growth initiatives, commercial strategy, and organizational transformation projects, helping companies increase revenue, optimize customer journeys, and strengthen market positioning. Her combination of analytical thinking, strategic planning, and people-centered leadership creates a structured, transparent, and highly professional advisory process for every client.
