With a career spanning more than two decades across business development, operations, procurement, higher education leadership, and strategic relationship management, I bring a unique blend of corporate, academic, and entrepreneurial experience to every role I serve. I currently lead as Vice President of Business Development and Operational Excellence at Transworld Business Advisors of Albany, where I oversee operations, drive process optimization, and support entrepreneurs in buying, selling, and growing businesses throughout the Capital Region. Previously, I spent over a decade in higher education, most recently as Assistant Vice President for Experiential Learning and Career Development, where I built high-impact programs, led cross-functional teams, and strengthened employer partnerships. My earlier career includes progressive leadership roles in procurement, franchise and brand management, corporate training, and national account strategy for major organizations such as SABIC and General Electric. Known for my results-driven mindset, collaborative leadership style, and commitment to operational excellence, I am passionate about empowering organizations, developing people, and creating systems that drive sustainable growth.

Kyle J. Jones is an entrepreneur, Police Detective and business broker with over 20 years of experience in business ownership and public service. He previously founded and sold his own landscaping company and has owned and operated a full-efficiency mini vacation resort on Schroon Lake with his family for over 20 years. Kyle brings his problem-solving, negotiation, and trust-building skills from law enforcement into business brokerage—helping clients navigate complex decisions with courage, clarity and integrity.
Leader of consulting efforts focused on succession planning, operational efficiency, and growth acceleration for business owners in the Capital Region. She is also the Founder & CEO of Pivot Associates and an award-winning business leader recognized by the Albany Business Review’s “40 Under 40.” With nearly 20 years of leadership experience, including executive roles at a public accounting firm and Death Wish Coffee Company, she specializes in guiding clients through organizational transitions and long-term planning.
