Not only was I blessed to farm and ranch alongside my family, I also had the good fortune to work in sales for my family’s company, Ritchey Livestock ID, traveling throughout the US and Canada selling livestock identification and roping products. Over the years I moved into executive management and my experience brought me to the realization that I wanted to own my own company – since then I have been the proud owner of three separate businesses. The experience and challenge of business ownership has directly impacted me and pushed me to be a great manager, co-worker, leader, husband, and father. I worked for my family’s business from the age of 8 through college and I have owned my own businesses, over the years, as well. I also have 18+ years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, in Colorado, working in all aspects of commercial real estate including with landlords, tenants, and developers. In a previous career, I was responsible for identifying target markets, locations, negotiating leases and opening 45 Tokyo Joe’s restaurants in 4 states over a 16 year period. I am a graduate of Metropolitan State College of Denver with a major in Marketing.
