Successfully led commercial acquisition of aging wind energy asset, including repower/retrofit with production tax credit qualifications; repackaged asset and negotiated terms of sale with 15-year service agreement; closed transaction ($10 million+transaction).
Successfully landed and closed a $16 million+ safe harbor deal to major public utility, securing production tax credit (PTC) eligibility for substantial US wind turbine fleet; negotiated framework agreement worth over $300 million.
