Mauricio Carrillo understands firsthand what it takes to build and operate a successful business. As the founder and CEO of Grupo Carrillo Inc., he has owned and managed multiple franchise locations since 2008, overseeing everything from site selection and staffing to marketing, financial performance, and long-term growth. His experience managing full P&L responsibility across several locations gives him a practical understanding of the challenges and decisions business owners face every day.

Before becoming an entrepreneur, Mauricio spent nearly a decade with Cook Medical Inc., managing a $10 million sales territory across West Texas and New Mexico. In this role, he worked closely with physicians, hospital executives, and clinical teams, developing a reputation for his consultative approach, strategic thinking, and ability to manage complex business relationships.

Earlier in his career, Mauricio built a strong foundation in sales and market development with Philip Morris USA, where he managed more than 140 retail accounts generating $12 million in annual revenue. His ability to grow market share in a competitive environment earned him recognition for performance and leadership.

Today, Mauricio brings this combined experience in business ownership, sales strategy, and financial oversight to Transworld Business Advisors.
