Bruce Hooker has lived in Las Vegas since 2003, during this time he has developed a thorough understanding of this marketplace. He received a B.S. from UCLA with a double major in finance and accounting. He has also done extensive post-graduate work. Mr. Hooker has held several senior level executive positions with small and middle-sized companies, in the manufacturing and distribution industries. In this capacity he has helped negotiate numerous mergers and acquisition, including some involving NYSE listed companies. Mr. Hooker has been involved in closing numerous multi-million dollar transactions, several of which have been valued at over $7,000,000. The strength of Mr. Hooker's prior financial background gives him the ability to help business owners structure their transactions to maximize the after-tax proceeds from the sale of their business.
