April Femrite is a licensed Minnesota Business Broker and Commercial Real Estate Associate Broker (REALTOR) with True Commercial and True Business Brokerage. She specializes in the sale and purchase of manufacturing, hospitality, retail and service companies along with all commercial property types. She brings with her many years of experience as a small business owner (Naturally Bamboo and Bent River Outfitter) along with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Minnesota State University, Mankato. April has completed her designation as a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) from the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) which less than 10% of all Business Brokers around the world have achieved. She provides professional, knowledgeable representation to clients during the process of selling or buying of privately held businesses and buying/leasing warehouse, industrial, office, and multi-family properties and commercial land. Services offered include buyer consulting and representation, broker opinion of business and real estate value, marketing of the business with confidentiality, screening of potential buyers, facilitating negotiations, managing due diligence investigation and coordinating all aspects of the business or commercial real estate sale.
