I help client navigate real estate transactions, identify new opportunities, and negotiate business acquisitions and dispositions, Absolute NNN leases, investment sales of Light Industrial, Flex Space, and Self Storage assets while also providing market insights. They may also assist with business valuations, marketing, and due diligence.
