John Hendershot (Co-Founder): John has personally owned and successfully sold two companies. He has also advised over 500 business owners on exit planning strategies.
In terms of marketing, your business will be primarily listed on BizBuySell, which syndicates to LoopNet, Crexi, and BizQuest. We also feature listings on our website, which receives significant traffic due to our SEO efforts nationwide and in parts of Europe. Beyond these listings, we provide custom flyers, extensive social media marketing, and a targeted blast to buyers looking specifically for your niche.
Regarding our commission fees, there are absolutely no costs outside of the 10% commission. We are success-based only, meaning the fee is paid at closing. Any costs associated with promoting or selling your business are covered entirely by us.
