For more than 30 years, I have helped organizations grow, innovate, and create long-term value across Fortune 500 companies, high-growth startups, franchised businesses, and privately owned companies. My career has been built on helping business owners and executive teams solve complex challenges, accelerate growth, and position their businesses for long-term success.
What sets my approach apart is that I have been on both sides of the table. Beyond advising business owners, I am an entrepreneur who has successfully built, operated, acquired, and exited two businesses. I understand firsthand the commitment, risk, and emotion involved in buying, growing, and selling a business because I have experienced it myself.
Throughout my career, I have held executive leadership positions with companies including IBM and GoPro, leading strategic initiatives in sales, marketing, business development, partnerships, and executive leadership. These experiences have allowed me to work with organizations ranging from emerging startups to global enterprises while gaining a deep understanding of what drives business growth, operational excellence, and enterprise value.
