Introduction

After his completion of university with a Bachelor Degree in Management Information Systems, Tom moved to Florida, and was hired at VR Business Brokers, M&A in the capacity of Administration Assistant. His duties were to be responsible for office administration and the company’s marketing communication strategies, utilizing data systems and all network groups, conducting market research studies, and overseeing all listing procedures in the role of Broker relations with a ten-person staff.

After successfully completed his first year, he elevated his role to obtain a Florida Real Estate license and pursue Business Brokerage Sales, based on his experience in VR systems. His international background helps him to view the current situation from different perspectives and to be able to approach problems proactively. Tom successfully completed the VR Broker Agent in-depth training program provided by the VR Global Director of Operations and Training. Tom has also achieved the Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Professional (CM&AP) certification. This education focuses on the special interests of M&A intermediaries serving private companies in the middle market, and business owners preparing for acquisition or sale. He is an active member of Business Brokers of Florida (BBF), and the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA).
