THE MONEY QUESTION. When we find the right buyer, we assist with locating substantial financing, if needed. We do not hesitate to assist with obtaining financial arrangements, whether a few thousand dollars or several million dollars - whatever is needed. We have several well-known SBA Lenders on hand, waiting to assist with financial needs.
OUR FEES. Most of the business transactions we bring about and the services we provide are paid for on a strict commission basis. This means our fees are due only if we are successful. The cost of advertising, marketing, negotiating, and time spent attending to pre-closing details are paid for by us.

Jared is a knowledgeable and experienced professional who quickly developed a passion for Business Brokerage when he joined the industry in 2016. He has since become a trusted advisor to business owners and entrepreneurs looking to buy or sell businesses throughout the state of Arizona. Jared is the co-owner of WCI Business Brokers and during his career, he has analyzed and participated in the sale of over 200 business and commercial properties. He is also currently involved in the ownership and management of numerous other businesses including senior assisted living, sweeping and pressure washing services, event and media production, excavation, trucking, off road UTV rental, and income producing real estate management.
Jared spent over 10 years in sales and managerial positions, primarily in the off-road industry, where he honed his leadership and communication skills. He takes the time to understand his client’s unique needs and goals and works tirelessly to help them accomplish success. Jared’s vast experience in both real estate and business brokerage has given him a unique perspective. He understands the complexities of buying and selling properties and businesses and is dedicated to helping his clients achieve a positive outcome. His dedication, hard work and attention to detail has earned him a reputation as one of the most respected and effective Business Brokers in the industry. Jared is an Arizona native who was born and raised in Flagstaff. He developed a love for the outdoors and adventure at a young age. He is an avid scuba diver and loves just about anything that will get his adrenaline running (mountain biking, paramotor, dirt biking, trophy trucks, etc.). Jared is married and resides in the Phoenix area with his wife, Nicole, and two adorable daughters. Outside of work, Jared loves spending time with his family and enjoying the great outdoors. Whether they are mountain biking, boating, camping or off-roading, Jared is always up for an adventure and ready to take on new challenges.
