With top-flight experience crafted over decades of selling restaurants, along with previous expertise working in small businesses and in senior leadership roles for a Big 5 Accounting firm and a major Fortune 100 company, We Sell Restaurants leadership has deep financial, branding and marketing experience in restaurants, and small and big business. Introduction
Jimmy Kelly is a Certified Restaurant Broker who brings both passion and expertise to the restaurant real estate sector. Jimmy began working in the restaurant industry in college where he discovered his love for both operations and location expansion. With years of hands-on experience, Jimmy has honed a successful and proven methodology to help buyers search, locate, qualify, and acquire top-quality properties.
He spent several years as the portfolio manager over several large shopping centers. His tenure in this role equipped him with invaluable insights, as he collaborated closely with numerous restaurant tenants. This role not only expanded his expertise but give him comprehensive knowledge in working with We Sell Restaurant clients on successful sales and lease negotiations.
Jimmy enjoys working alongside restaurant owners and is always canvasing cultivating relationships with prospective buyers either looking to become new restaurateurs or assisting more experienced operators to further grow. He is a license real estate broker in the states of Alabama, Georgia and Florida and has undergone testing and certification to earn the designation, Certified Restaurant Broker.
