Introduction

I joined Weeks Commercial in 2007 after the sale of my business, Melnick's Shoe and Athletic Center which had stores in Laconia, Plymouth and Meredith NH, which I owned and operated for 28 years. I have also been involved personally in commercial real estate for over 20 years, and I am still active in property management for over 12 commercial tenants.

My strength lies in income properties, leasing and business brokerage which comes from my years of small business management, marketing and promotion commercial real estate. As a former small business owner, I can not only understand the business value from the cash flow and financial perspective, but also see the potential from a marketing and market stand point. The numbers must make sense, but the potential needs to be accounted for as well.
