T. J. Hammer

Introduction

T. J. Hammer has been selling businesses in the Metro Phoenix area since 1985. She has been with West USA Realty since 1990. Through the years, she has sold hundreds of businesses, diversified in their types and sizes. She has been on the board of the Arizona Business Brokers Association several times, serving as secretary, membership chairman, and education chairman. T. J. is experienced in working with both Buyers and Sellers and gets great pleasure in finding the right buyer for a business. She excels in properly valuing a business, finding financially qualified buyers, contract negotiations, contract writing, and guiding all parties to consummate the sale.
