Transition plan
DUBCO will remain as an alt/prop tenant after sale and require contract brewing of approximately 1000 bbls/ year. Additional contract brewing from the current alt/prop tenant is approximately 500 bbls/year. Estimated revenue from contract brewing approximately $150,000/ year
One production staff member who has been with the company for over three years, and is competent in brewing, cellaring, and packaging is willing to stay on with the new company. Owner/ President/ Head Brewer will also stay on for 30 days for training and logistical purposes during the transition period, and will be available as a paid consultant thereafter. 3-4 bartenders also expressed interest in staying on after sale.
